Studying the Law of Liability
THE LAW OF LIABILITY
The Law of Liability states that one is held liable for the use or abuse of whatever rights one has,
and one is held liable for using or neglecting to use those rights.
Even where it is clearly one person's fault, the action of making that person a scapegoat for misdeeds is seldom in itself a proper solution.
For the main reason for finding the cause of a mishap is to be able to prevent the mishap from recurring.
