The
Aquarian Church of Universal Service
Purpose and Direction
IT
IS INDICATED that at least once in the course of human history, there must
be that occurrence whereby some may move into certain states of Awareness which
allow them to discover Who in Fact They Really Are, and in that discovery, what
in fact they can really do. In this manner they may co-create together. And
in this co-creative activity they may discover the means by which they may become
capable of self-governing themselves by laws understood from within so that
laws need not to be imposed from without.
IT
IS INDICATED that at least once in the course of human history, that those
who are capable of moving into these levels of Awareness may discover that the
Kingdom of Heaven is truly within and that this key unlocks all the treasures
of the world so that all needs are supplied and all talents are expressed in
such manner as will benefit all concerned.
IT
IS INDICATED that that which is within is reflected in that which is without.
And that the Kingdom of Heaven is now beginning to manifest upon your plane
through the actions of those who have served these higher levels of Awareness.
IT
IS INDICATED THAT in this heavenly manifestation there comes about
the greater need for communication and joining together of forces so that those
who set themselves up to be your enemies may be confronted by the full force
and strength and power of your collective and combined barrage of creative love
and that any who set themselves up to be your enemy are those who must be dealt
with in a manner that is befitting a loved one.
IT
IS INDICATED that where there is an itch you may scratch, and that in that
scratching each other's backs you may serve one another in a way that goes beyond
self expression into group expression.
IT
IS INDICATED that likewise wherein one can help another and can be helped
by still another, that this interchange of service is that which is the key
to freedom from want, freedom from poverty, freedom from bondage.
IT
IS INDICATED that at least once in the course of human history small children
should be given that opportunity to become New Beings molded by the spirit and
truth that comes from high levels of Awareness rather than from levels of materialistic
greed, need, frustration and control patterns found in the old ways.
IT
IS INDICATED that the time will eventually appear in a moment and shall
recognize that moment and act while others shall not.
THIS
AWARENESS INDICATES the moment is now and the action is needed. THIS AWARENESS
ASKS entities who care to live in these high levels of Awareness, who care
to act in a manner that is responsive to the need of others and are responsible
for their own actions that you now dedicate yourselves by joining together to
bring about through Universal Service a new way of relating, a new way of governing,
a new way of expression and a new way of service and that you let that night
of June, 1974, 12.01 AM and this place; Portland, Oregon be that beginning time
and place and that beginning moment in history wherein the action begins and
that you sign your names together as an act of unity indicating that you will
put forth your actions and energies toward that which is co-creative manifestation
of that is one of the highest and the best for all concerned.
And let all others who come forth to sign in future times and
other places enter among you with the joyous welcome given to travelers who
have at least come home. And honor them even as this Awareness honors each of
you, respects each of you and knows each of you capable of this action. Rest
easy, for this Awareness shall continue communicating closely as needed.
THIS
AWARENESS GIVES its signature in the silence of space on the Akashic Record
and in so doing forms a bond with those of you who sign as members of this
Aquarian Church of Universal Service and asks that each of you remain free from
any bondage that might ever be placed upon you from any action of any other
involved in this church for this bond with this Awareness is a bond guaranteeing
freedom.

The above message was received from Cosmic Awareness in June of 1974 and
became the Christening message for the Aquarian Church of Universal Service.
